ow to Return

You have 30 days from the shipping date of your order to return your purchase from Banee & Banee. All items must be in perfect condition, with tags and tickets attached.

 

Return by Mail

· Identify items and create mailing label.

· Prepare your package.

o Pack your return securely and include your packing slip or sales receipt.

o Affix the return shipping label to the outside of the package, ensuring no other tracking labels are visible.

 

How To Exchange

You have 30 days from the shipping date to exchange your BANEEBANEE.com purchase for free. All items must be in perfect condition, with labels attached.

These are the options for exchanging your merchandise:

 

Exchange online

· Contact Us to order a replacement item. This ensures you get the item you want, as well as credit for any discounts used. The selected items will be sent in a new order, and you will have to return those you no longer want.

· Follow the instructions in the “Return by Mail” section above to send back the items you no longer want.

Important: You have 14 days from the date of your exchange request to return the items being replaced. If the returned items are not received within 14 days, the cost of the new items will be charged to your original payment method.

Reimbursement

Once we have processed the return of your items, we will proceed with issuing your refund.

 

Reimbursement of an Online Purchase

Refunds for online returns will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.

Once your return has been processed, we will send you a confirmation email to notify you of the refund.

If the refund is not reflected in your account within 14 days, please present the confirmation email to your banking institution or payment provider to assist in facilitating the process.
