You can return items purchased in their original, unworn, unused condition for a full refund of their merchandise value. We accept returns within 30 days of the original ship date.
Please note the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- underwear, intimate apparel, lingerie, bras, panties, shapewear
- price reduced sale items
- white items
Items purchased from a Banee & Banee location cannot be returned to baneebanee.com.
How to Return
You have 30 days from the shipping date of your order to return your purchase from Banee & Banee. The items should have all tickets attached and be in perfect condition.
These are the options for returning your merchandise:
- Banee & Banee Store
You can return your order at any Banee & Banee store free of charge in the same region where you made the purchase.
All you have to do is present the items you wish to return together with the sales receipt.
- Identify items and create mailing label
- Prepare your package
Pack your return securely and include your packing slip/sales receipt.
Affix your shipping label to the package, making sure no other tracking labels are showing.
How To Exchange
Once we have handled the return of your items, we will continue with the refund.
Refund on In-store Purchase
If you have returned an item purchased in-store, the refund will be made with the same method of payment used for the purchase.
If a refund to the original method of payment is not possible, our store staff will indicate an alternative method.
Reimbursement of an Online Purchase
When you make a return of an online purchase, you will receive the refund via the same payment method you used for the purchase.
Once the return has been completed, we will send you a confirmation email.
If you do not see a credit to your account within 14 days, please use this confirmation and present it to your banking institution so they may help you facilitate the process.

- Bring the item and your shipping confirmation email (printed or on mobile device)
- Contact Us to order a replacement item. This ensures you get the item you want, as well as credit for any discounts used. The selected items will be sent in a new order and you will have to return those you no longer want.
- Return the item using the directions in "To return items by mail," above.
- You have 14 days to return merchandise from the date of the exchange request. If the 14 days have passed and we have not received the items indicated to be exchanged, you will be charged the amount of the new items via the original payment method.
